I haven't used the lights yet so I can't really rate the product at this time but the bulbs appear to be intact, even though some of the boxes were clearly opened and a bit damaged.

Quick, easy and a great price plus the product I received easily replaced the under-counter lights in our kitchen that had expired. Replacement was so simple! I got everything I ordered.
2 of the items I purchased will have to be returned. My purchases were specifically for tube lights with plastic end-caps, so photos were crucial. I purchased a Satco lamp based on the photo that showed a plastic end cap. However, when I received the lamp, the end caps were metal. I re-checked the item I purchased and it appears that while the initial photo showed the product with a plastic end cap, all subsequent photos showed the product with a metal end cap. This should be corrected so that another purchaser will not make the same mistake.
Ordered globes to update a kitchen hanging light - everything now looks great! Order was very well packaged with prompt delivery. Very satisfied with complete process.
