Easy and convenient
Simple and easy ordering process. If product is as advertised when received I'll be happy. (later) When order arrived 6 of the bulbs were broken and all were the wrong size. The photo in the ad showed a smaller bulb than the ones I received, however; Ms. Johnson at Lighting Supply gave me a complete, quick refund without any hassle and told me how to get the bulbs I needed. She also said they would correct the ad photo. GREAT COMPANY focused on CUSTOMER satisfaction! I'm ordering more bulbs because I know LS will TREAT ME RIGHT. Well done - A+++
No problem with the purchase except the UPS choice. The snail mail would be my preference. The total zooms up with that idea. I am a repeat customer.
