Speedy and efficient delivery of well packed products was great.
Unfortunately, the spectral scan of the first lamp we installed did not show energy emissions in the UVC region of the spectrum.
To insure accuracy of tests, I will re-run the spectral scan on this lamp, and the others as soon as I have a chance.
Only my concern the order charge 15 dollars for oversize and the shipping cost 13.

Really great customer service. Those who take orders over the phone went to great lengths to search the inventory for the product I wanted and, despite it being out of stock in what I'll assume to be their main facility, the lady on the phone didn't just drop it there as, in my experience, most customer service reps would have.
Instead, she searched the inventory of their other facilities and found just enough of the product I wanted to fulfill my order. I received the order today in good, well, order.
I was so impressed with that level of customer service, especially during these trying times, that I asked for and received the voicemail of her supervisor as he was out to lunch when I called. She gladly gave it to me and left a message bearing a glowing commendation of her tenacity in serving my, a customer.
Afterward and in the time between the order and delivery I received several e-mails informing me of the progress of having the product sent from the distant facility to theirs and about the delivery. The product arrived at my home exactly as I was told it would.
The last e-mail I received was the one to which I'm today responding. It's was a request for a verification that the product was received on-time and in good order (it certainly was). It was also a request for my feedback on the quality of service I received from this company.
