First time I used your site but found the selection excellent and the site/order process easy to navigate. I had a problem with a bulb burning out the first time I turned it on, but the company's customer service was very responsive and they are sending a replacement bulb. I purchased my light fixtures from 21st Century Electric seven years ago. Recently I called him to replace the light bulbs. He told me that he would have to order them. He promised to call me when they arrived. I called today to check on the bulbs, he denied having them, then he said he'd check his stock and call me back. No call back, and no answering of the phone. I will never shop there again. Should you be dealing with this company?
