Great prices, smooth transition from shopping to checkout. If it matters at all to your tracking this order is for an agriculture-related business shop building. Your options left me choosing personal/other in type of purchase which didn't feel quite right.
PS I'm impressed by the follow through on customer service. You emailed to ask me to confirm receipt of shipment just hours before it arrived (and had instructions for if it didn't arrive). That sort of active involvement in a relatively small purchase is unusual but much appreciated.

The prices on lightingsupply.com were very competitive. However, my small order was less attractive with a $**.** minimum order and $*.** overpack fee (over the $*.** S&H charge).
I didn't like having to purchase more than I wanted. I only needed fluorescent sockets and could only find them on your site. Being made to buy more so I could get them and $** shipping isn't the most pleasing when I get free shipping on most items I buy online these days.
