Out of the 4 ballasts I received, only one was "pre-packaged" in a shrink wrap material. The others were just thrown into the box. When I go to a customers home, it would be nice to have to "unwrap" a new ballast instead of having to explain the bulk type packing. Other than that.good stuff.
Quick and easy, plus I liked the complete and specific descriptions of the light bulbs I was ordering.
I especially liked that what I received was EXACTLY what I had ordered.
