Problems with the website kept me from order THREE times, only got in the 4th time. One time was because lost password and couldn't get it rebooted after hours.
Website was very user friendly which is a big plus to me. Will definitely be doing more ordering from Lighting Supply in the future.
Lighting Supply had the best price for the bulbs I ordered, but for the second time, bulbs arrived broken because the boxes in which they had originally been shipped from an overseas manufacturer were too large. While these boxes were carefully overpacked by Lighting Supply, the company should have added additional packing inside the original boxes to secure the bulbs from coming loose and breaking. I lost two bulbs in my first order and one bulb in my second order. Other than this problem, price and service were excellent.
