Lighting Supply is an easy to deal with company that seems to have everything I need. My last item was a fluorescent starter for a lamp made in Japan. Part from saw company was $15 plus. It was a couple dollars with LS.

Only need 2 but was only availalbe in packages of 10. No big deal - they are not very expensive.
