I had ordered the wrong type of bulbs for my directional lighting so I called the customer service number. A very courteous & helpful lady gave me a return order number to reference with my return & confirmed that the items needed were in stock. Overall, a very pleasant & easy experience.

The chat rep was polite and helpful (appreciate that!). It would be great to offer associated products. For instance, today I'm buying bulbs but probably would have purchased the associated bracket clips that are designed for the bulb, and its ballast had they been offered by the company (and for a reasonable price) and been easy to find (e.g. Links from the bulb page).
