The online chats are always very helpful
I received the product and it had been damaged during or perhaps prior to shipment. I called customer service and a replacement item was almost immediately shipped and I was told to not ship the damaged one back. I received the second package today and it arrived without damage. One cannot expect better customer service than I received.
Two of the four bulbs we ordered had the filaments broken, but I contacted customer service and they took care of the matter immediately and are shipping replacements to me.
