Easy website ordering

Protective Packaging was not sufficient...two of the 10 boxes with halogen bulbs in them were crushed...bulbs seem ok, but will not know until I need them.

Other than your business question, which for a residential customer is not relevant, it is an easy to use site.

So glad you have this light bulb! Was told finding the bulb would be difficult since the lighting fixture in my loft is more than 25 years old. Very pleased to NOT have to purchase a new lighting fixture and unit. Thank you so much!

Lower shippping rates would be beneficial

I called after chat was not responsive with reply for over 10min. She was able to help with a safer product for inside home. It wasn't the same voltage, but she said that 120/130 would work in vent hood.
