I found it difficult to go back in and shop more. I had another shade I wanted to purchase and gave up.
When my order arrived the box Was crushed in the shade was bent and broken. It was useless to me. I called your customer service and they were kind enough to give me a full refund after I sent him a picture of the bashed shade.

I have a front yard post light that is 18 years old. I had a smoked plastic globe that covered the bulb. It had developed a bad leak at thru a crack in the acrylic globe and burned out several bulbs and caused general wet problems around socket. I had not been able to find any replacement for globe from manufacturer or general web. I stumbled upon and lightingsupply.com and found a globe that met general criteria and matched diameter and bottom opening of globe to my post light fixture.
Decided to try it. Ordered 2 (1 for replacement if necessary). Received in a few days. Took old broken globe off, put new shiny globe on. It fit great and has worked very well with no problems. I would absolutely recommend this company for this kind of hard to find accessory that is necessary or you would have to replace the light fixture.

Unfortunately, the product we received does not work for our lights. We were advised by a local hardware store that the WEstinghouse 100v model is no longer made. We are so sorry we will have to return them.
