Excessive shipping fee for a bulb.
My first order was for a power supply(LED driver) for a wall pack. The part is used. The ends of the wires have clearly been in a wire nut and there are marks from screws where it had been mounted. I didn't get a discount nor was I told this would be a used part. I expected new. This was their first and last shot for me and I buy about $10k in lights\parts per year. Is this place a supplier or a salvage yard?

Shipping of 13.99 is quite expensive to mail an item when you only need 1 small bulb - shipping should not be charged by dollar amount purchased but by actual weight

The website had the product I wanted at a decent price. Delivery was pretty quick too. It is so difficult and confusing to buy lightbulbs these days with all the changes that have been made. I have fixtures that I've had for several years but am not ready to replace. Finding the correct 'replacement' bulbs is always a challenge (especially as I get older and want more light, not less.) I will definitely be shopping at lightingsupply.com in the future.
