Lifepoints is one of the best survey sites I've come across, very happy to be a part of this community. It's genuine and gives fun surveys... Also the reward system is quite easy to understand.
As soon as I started Lifepoints I started receiving texts from random numbers offering products and using nasty words. Not for me!

The LIfePoints site is a very good site, I've been using it for a long time, it has a lot of research and with few points to earn around 5 to 10 dollars I recommend it.
The pay is right and they are very honest and they have a pretty big community on facebook and twitter.

Website is genuine. Real earning money. Iam using from past 3-4 years. Surveys is good quality. Withdrawal also receive 3-5 days

Then worst survey company. Watch out doing surveys with this company. When doing survey with them, write down survey number and screenshot if they offer points. If you do not they will ce back a tell you me only offer what the survey number tell us. They will rit you off from your points

I've been doing so many surveys on their site but after asking lots of questions they don't give me any points and direct me to the home page... like it's been days nd I waste al my time answering all these ques and I get nothing... very disappointed

I signed up for lifepoints and was told there was a problem after i was verified. I contacted the help center. 2 days later an email came telling me i was denied at this time because i did not pass a 3rd party check? All i gave them was an email address and my age and name. So what doesnt sit well with a 3rd party? Probably that i preferred to be paid with a check rather than give account information... decide for yourselves!

It's the best, simple and best
One the best survey sites, today I just received my reward after 4 days ordering... I get 3 to 4 surveys weekly maybe more sometimes... and it's very rare that the survey doesn't match me... I'm very happy with this site and the whole lifepoints community... also they do many giveaways that's another good point... highly recommended to all. Thank you lifepoints.

This is a legit survey site. I have answered several surveys in a short span of time and have redeemed the points for coupons twice already! So I would recommend this great site to anyone looking to make good cash.

I set up an account and completed 8 or more 20-40 minute surveys and just before I got to the $5 in cash I try to log in again and get a message telling me to contact them because my account is suspended. Contacted them and they emailed me back saying my account did not pass some third party security checks. Wouldn't that have been done before I did all those surveys? No offer to try and correct whatever the problem was and no rewards for time wasted. They just took all my info and are now selling it making 100% profit. I bet it doesn't happen to everyone because that's how their scam stays afloat.

The LifePoints survey is legit. When my points reached 666, I immediately redeemed with the 500 pesos Lazada Ecert. After four days, I received a confirmation of my order and the gift card code from Lazada. In my curiosity, I tried to buy some stuff in Lazada, and the transaction went well using the gift card code. Thank you, LifePoints. Until next time.

I discovered Lifepoints around Christmas time last year. It only takes 600 "Lifepoints" to get a $5.00 PayPal virtual gift card or 560 Lifepoints to get a $5.00 Amazon gift card, among things. Then it takes approximately 10 business days to receive it in your email. I paid for my Christmas credit card bill by filling out surveys.

Update: I left 5 stars review some time ago because of their customer service and have to change it now to be fair. Their customer service is now not that good. For some reason one day I stopped receiving their emails and all surveys are gone from my homepage... I was trying to contact them, but all their responses were - everything is working, you have to clear caches, surveys are not available, nothing wrong is on our end, etc... or just ignored my messages and closed tickets without even responding to them. They checked and reset my account in one month only even though I asked them to do that all the time, for the whole month they did not even want to check. Before that I also had an issue with some surveys that I also needed help with, but support team just did not want to check or help, repeated themselves that it's nothing wrong or closed my tickets without even responding on them. I was able to get heard only with BBB help.Very disappointed with their current customer support.
Since MySurvey and Global Test Market merged into LifePoints, I never had any issues with them. I enjoy their surveys, they respond to tickets quickly and with relevant information. Reward processing time is a little bit longer compared to other websites. Apart from processing time being longer, everything is good. Their website is well organized and easy to navigate, it's easy to deal with their customer service as they actually read customer's tickets.

Avoid this panel like a plague and you can thank me later. Lifepoints panel is the worst survey company out there. You will complete their surveys and accumulate enough points to withdraw the amount. And when you request you account will be banned. When you will question that they will state you violated terms and conditions. When you ask them about the specifics they state they are not liable to tell that. This is atrocious behaviour. They intentionally ban you so that you cannot withdraw amounts. And they do not care as their fake positive review imposters will lure in more innocent people to be part of the deceitful system. Also, when I registered my mobile number with them I started receiving so many scam calls on my number. Luckily, it was only a pay as you go phone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL AT ALL COSTS! Save your precious time, energy and resources and join other survey sites.

This is a trustworthy site. After completing the required number of surveys I received my chosen Amazon gift certificate within a few days and redeemed it with no problems. Highly recommended.

I redeemed my points for 2 gift cards and my account was disabled. After contacting support, I was told I had violated their rules and my payment and membership was cancelled. I did NOT violate any rules. Lifepoints just doesn't want to pay after I spent time honestly answering the surveys. It's a scam and they will terminate your membership and pending payments.

I spent five minutes answering questions about pharmaceutical companies after I had been screened and accepted. At about five minutes in, I then received a message that the survey was not for me. It is proof that their goal is to only seek answers that will be positive for their clients, and thus the surveys are bogus.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
