The is one of the worst survey companies for scamming the people who work for them. The whole website is fake. They are based in India, they do not give any money to charity as claimed.
If you are doing surveys(when you eventually get any) I would advise people to cash in your points as soon as you can because they will at ANY time cancel your earnings.
They all send surveys from very very suspect companies, who either won't pay up or are very currupt. Keep away from them are are many better survey sites who treat people better.

It took a lot of effort and time, but in the end they proved me right and said that i was correct!... luckily I can now collect my reward/money again from Lifepoints. So to other survey respondents, if you have difficulties in getting paid... please try and continue to claim your earned reward from Lifepoints and hopefully it will pay off for you as well.

I ordered a reward of €10 from lifepoints after taking several surveys. I can proof that i never received my reward via paypal. I sadly never received my money!. I complained about this and they just kept saying that i got my reward!. Be carefull with lifepoints because you might not receive money for your work.
I've had a very positive experience with lifepoints, have been doing surveys well over a year. Have no complaints at all.

This is an update on my last post on LifePointsPanel. My first post was about how my account was blocked and I have been trying to contact LifePointsPanel to tell me why they blocked my account to no avail. Benjamin am not sure who he is to LifePointsPanel responded to my post and advised me to email them again using sitereview as my heading which i did. They actually responded but what shocked me the most was the reason i got to my account being blocked. I was told that i had failed some security questions when I was registering in 2019. They did some security checks and the information i provided while registering on their website failed some security checks. Shocking, i was speechless i could not believe what i was reading, it felt like my eyes were playing tricks on me. I replied to their email asking them while wasn't the security checks done before accepting me onto their website when i did registered. While did they wait until when i had qualified to redeem by bonus before doing te security checks and blocking my account. How did they accept me on their site for more than two years and have been sending me surveys to complete, only to block my account now with such a lame excuse. Weren't they supposed to do security checks before accepting people on their platform and before sending them surveys. Unfortunately up to now i have not received any answers to these questions. Its like offering someone a job and when its time to pay their wages you say you can't pay them because they failed their interview when they were coming in. Thats exactly what LifePointsPanel is saying to me. This is grossly unethical and a reap off. How can they accept people on their platform to compete surveys and then block their accounts once they qualify to redeem their bonuses.

I have been with LifePointsPanel for more than a year and everything was fine. I have been receiving and completing surveys with no issues. Last month just when my points were enough for me to redeem my reward i discovered i could not access my account anymore. Every time i try logging in to my account it will say my account is temporarily unavailable that I should contact the help centre for support. So i did and they got back to me saying its because they were not taking in new members i don't even know what that means. I replied to the email telling them that I wasn't signing up that i was already a member and have been with LifePointsPanel for more than a year and that the email i was using to communicate with them was the same email i used to sign up on the LifePointsPanel platform. The person replied and said ok and that was it. Since then i have written to them five times and have never gotten any response. My account is still blocked and have no idea as to why they blocked it. So all my time completing surveys for over a year has gone in vain.

Life points are such tell-paying surveys, that may have to wait a while, but they have some customer service that is quick to respond to the complaints of members in the lifepoints survey. I just received a commission on a survey I did. In the future, I hope more and more surveys come and I can answer all those surveys.

Its easy to complete surveys and cash out. I loved doing the diaries. But if you cash out too many times too soon they will delete you're account and say you were cheating. Not Fair! Surveys were completed correctly. They allowed me to complete a 7 day diary then deleted my account and took the 5 dollars for the diary.

This is probably a pretty unpopular opinion, but don't be fooled by other reviews. Lifepoints has extremely low pay rates. Although they give you quite a number of surveys to do everyday on weekdays, chances are probably only one of them would succeed. For surveys that give you 150 points and above, you are likely to not even get points at the end of the survey because it has already had enough respondents. This is an extremely common occurance, and a complete waste of your time considering surveys that are 150 points and above take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It also takes pretty long for lifepoints to deposit your cash, once I had to wait about a week? Honestly not a good survey site.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

This site has continuously promised compensation for surveys. However they never follow thru. I am tired of the theft of time. Their worthless tech support. I have been complaining for days. They do it again. Do not join this site. Instead use survey junkie

This is a great website to earn money although it took me 2 months to have my first cash out. Probably because of my profile and a not-so-frequent visit on the site. But this is a guaranteed paying website. You just need to answer surveys and earn lifepoints(LP). Here's PHP 250 for my 285 LP. Good luck!
*Update*
In less than a month after my first cash out, my second cash out has now reflected on my sister's PayPal account. They also have the option to claim rewards through Gcash and I find it so convenient. Thank you, LP! Feels so good knowing that our opinions matter.

It worked well for me until a few months ago. Now you only get an error message when you try to redeem your points, or they just send you a used gift code, or none at all. The support won't do anything either. They still owe me over $15 but I gave up now and deleted my account.

This is a scam site which is clearly going out of business and not caring who they rip off on the way out. To be fair, they were good and consistent for several years, but this year (2021) they've begun acting totally unprofessional. For one thing, starting this year every few months they seem to randomly deactivate my account and slander me with false claims of dishonesty. After complaining to the Better Business Bureau every time, this site relents and reinstates my membership. Since the end of August though, there have literally been no surveys on their site. When I contacted them, they claim that there just aren't any that I'm qualified for. All of a sudden? After years of being an honest contributor? Very fishy. Looking at the other recent reviews here, it's clear that this site is in decline and anyone who uses it is more or less inviting Lifepoints to rip them off at this point. Avoid this bunch of criminals - scum like this don't deserve your time and effort.

Been using Lifepoints for 4 months. Surveys are not constantly available, probably 1~2 surveys in between days. Was able to get around 2000 points per month - about RM20 for Grabfood voucher. It's not much but I'm satisfied with that.

LifePoints is the worst survey site. You invest your full time in it and 90 per cent of the time they give you zero points and remaining 9 per cent of the time they give you just 2 points and then leftover 1 per cent you get some 40 points out of it. They r total spammers. Earning a profit and giving you nothing. Don't waste your time here. I am genuinely an active user of it and i am 100 per cent disappointed with them. They literally give you nothing at all. Also, they stole 40 points of mine recently without a reason. It hard to even earn 2 points there and they stole 40 of mine. Shame on you lifepoints.

This started out as a great survey site for me. I've been a part of it for about three years now, but lately some very strange and wondrous things have made me very upset. I have accumulated enough points to cash in and redeem them for a few bucks in my Paypal account. However, for the last SEVEN WEEKS I have been unable to do so. Customer support has done nothing except continually tell me to be patient-their IT department is working on it. FOR SEVEN WEEKS!? I have followed up this incident numerous times and I am constantly told to just be patient. SEVEN WEEKS is an unacceptable amount of time to be patient. If this were my IT department at work, they would have been replaced by now. I've stopped taking their surveys because I fear I just might be wasting my time.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
