Ordering and shipping was seamless and easy. I have yet to experience the product I ordered so I can't comment on that but I'm excited to begin.

One time I ordered a Multi-vitamin from you, it had something that I was allergic to and you gave me a full refund. I buy 95% of my vitamins from you.

Was not expecting 30 charge for transport box and then when it arrives having to find dry ice to send specimen back? If I know all this ahead of time I would have not ordered. Whatever savings I thought I was getting was cancelled out by those extra charges an inconvenience

Joined back when it was membership only in 1990 as I had read the book by Pearson and Shaw that inspired creating the Foundation. I was inspired to change my entire lifestyle of food, nutrition, and exercise. Today, as an 81 y/o male, my 3 doctors (Cardio, Primary, Dr. of Chinese Medicine) all say I have the heart function of a 65 y/o, blood pressure: 115/65, pulse 58. People I meet guess my age is from 62 to 67 depending on if I shaved that day. Take NO drugs! LEF is due a great deal of the credit for such an accomplishment.

I made a purchase & signed up for monthly subscription. Please cease and stop with the 4 daily emails for more purchases. If I wanted more I'd of used my site account for more of your products.

Website is friendly. There were some discounts provided. The whole experience was very smooth. My only criticism is the price of the olive oil, about $46/liter. I think it should be around $27/liter. It's high quality oil, but it needs to be more reasonably priced.

Since I just started my magnesium suppliments, I cannot give a full review at this time, but I can say my sleep has definitely improved!... fast shipping and delivery!, Thank you, Life Extension.

I've ordered from Life Extension several times and have been very happy with the quality of their supplements. I've purchased their taurine and magnesium glycinate, and both have been excellent — clean, high-quality products at fair prices.

I also appreciate their rewards program, which lets you earn points toward future purchases. Another big plus is that they regularly roll out new products, so they're clearly innovating and not just resting on their laurels. Overall, great quality, good value, and a company I feel comfortable buying from. Highly recommended.

I have no complaints with anything over many years. I'm 74 years old and have been using them since I was 35 or 40. My children and grand kids use Life Extension also.

The prices are excellent and the first time I used the blood test services I was pleased. This most recent experience has not been nearly the same. I had to write customer service 3 time before I got the forms (I could never figure out how to down load them). I promptly went for the blood draw and I have not received the results.

I have taken several different Life Extension supplements with varying results, but I can be reasonably certain that different results are based on whether those supplements are ones I actually need because I'm deficient and not the quality of the product. There are a couple of supplements that have had a huge impact on my quality of life. I'll keep buying those from Life Extension. They have better prices than other companies that have similar quality assurances.

I like to take advantage of the sales, so I thought I try something new. I haven't tried it yet, but I have other things that I always reorder. One thing I have on auto ship because Live Extension has a high polyphenol olive oil that I use for heart health

This is my first order with Life Extensions, or at least in a while, and I'm very pleased with the product and the customer service. I accidentally pushed the "order" tab twice and was charged twice, so it appeared. However, customer service assured me I would only be charged twice and that the order was cancelled. It was taken care of. The order was for Vitamin K with MK7 with MK7 not being in a K products. I'm glad I found this particular one and will continue to order from L. E.

Ordering the products were fine. But I only received a partial order with no indication that it was a partial order and when the balance of my order would be shipped. I had to call customer servicd and they assured me the rest would be sent and when to expect it and it came on time. There were no updated text messages letting me know this, which I think is an area for improvement on your end. Overall I am pleased except for this glitch.

The amount substance in many of the vitamins you provide in your products is under the range of efficacy. It would seem you want us to buy more product, rather than provide a satisfactory amount per dosage.

I was able to obtain the vitamins and minerals I needed. However Life Extension always advertises 30% or 40% off unfortunately I have not been able to receive that kind of discount. To me that is false advertising. Treat your good customers much better in the future!
