After submitting my order noticed noticed was charged $42 for testosterone elite as it was advertised for $29.Was working and no time to contact customer service got email stating order shipped. Bummer Sincerely, Rob F

I needed my bloodwork results quickly for a doctor appointment. The representative took her time and found my blood work and had them expedite it. It was delivered to me in just a few hours, and I was very impressed.

I made several purchases and I cannot find any tracking to my overnight I paid for nor a replay to my email I sent asking about it.

Purchased NAC and it has a bad smell. Asked to send product back for another product as it is either a bad product or defected. Was told no. Was going to send the bottle back for replacement. Will never do business with them. At the end of the day many have the same product and all a company had is there level of customer service. Go with Source of Life vitamins. Source of Life has reputable manufacturing in USA AND they have always had excellent customer service. The only reason I went to Life Extension is because my uncle told me about them. My uncle said he is going to Source of Life now. All for a 9 dollar bottle. Penny wise. Pound foolish.

After years of being on medications for BPH, I decided to try an alternate route. Research led me to Ultra Prostate Formula from LifeExtensions. It worked as well as the meds, but without the side effects. BUT...But...But... I had to stop using it because the softgels often leaked, leaving me with a bottle full of oily mess. Now I'm back on medications, and am extremely reluctant to try any of their other products. BTW, I'm 86 years old, a retired editor and writer. My last job was as editor of a peer-review clinical surgery journal.

I have been putting off doing this because I really like the supplements but the customer service is non existent. I ordered a supplement the end of January. It never came to my house. I tried numerous, I mean numerous times to contact this company for a replacement with no avail. I sent emails, called and even did a live chat, which was useless because they told me to call their number for a replacement. I couldn't even get through. This is so unacceptable when you have a company that alot of people use, the customer should be first priority!

I am a 91-year-old man who had 4 sibling brothers who all died in their sixties or early seventies. I have used Life Extension products for twenty-five plus years and am told by my doctors that I am in excellent health. I plan to live to be well over 100 and attribute my good health, in good part, to Life Extension. I have also acquired a very good knowledge of how to stay healthy by reading the monthly magazine published by Life Extension.

The Life Extension company should be called "Life Reduction" due to the maltodextrin content in many of its supplements. Maltodextrin causes diabetes and destroys the gut microbiome, predisposing people to Salmonella poisoning and other intestinal bacterial infections. Maltodextrin causes blood sugar spikes much more than regular table sugar. I found maltodextrin was in at least 18 of the Life Extension supplements that I bought, raising my HgA1c significantly and putting me in the hospital with a severe Salmonella infection. I have not consumed sugar in 30 years, so it was clearly the maltodextrin that did that. Elevating your blood sugar with maltodextrin puts you at risk for ANY infection, including COVID.

LE supplements are a great value. The supplements are clearly researched and affordably priced for the quality of ingredients. If you have questions, they have staff available to answer them. I just recently used the lab work packages and the savings were phenomenal when using the annual sale. Even without the sale I would have saved hundreds of dollars! The work is performed by a major lab company so getting the blood draw is not an issue.

I would highly recommend Life Extension.
