Now lifecell comes in my post bag every month extremely expensive via pay pal and works for nothing! Can't manage to stop the deliverance. No address for retourn
*******@189$. Didn't like the product. Returned it as per their instructions They billed my credit card 189$ Would not remove the charge, demanded tracking info. Which is NOT Stipulated in the return instructions. So save your return shipping tracking information, I saved and sent mine. Bad business practice.
I ordered the sample before reading these reviews. I got the sample yesterday and I'm sending it right back. Did a live chat on their site and was told they never said it was a free sample and that the price of the product was clearly stated somewhere in the terms... It was like they were mad at me for questioning them. Said it was a trial and if I kept the product for 30 days, that meant I wanted it and would be charged the full price of $189. As I said, I'm sending it back today. LIfeCell, 1909 Tyler Street, suite 700, Hollywood, FL, *******.
I started using the skin care product. I used it for 90 days and did not really see any difference in my skin. The product is very pricey and I asked to discontinue. They discontinued sending me the product but continued for the next 4 months to charge my account after to Emails and a phone call making a request to please discontinue the product. My account has been charged for additional times and I had not received any product. They changed the amount from $99 to $94 and continued to request payments. As of this moment August 2020, I am still requesting then to stop. It is possible that this company is a scam. Please beware
They say there's a money back guarantee but it's a lie they will take money from your account then start making a bunch of excuses as to why they can't refund it. And it doesn't even work.
We ordered the test tube they had charged for the test tube and they said it is free shipping but still they charged to the delivery charge then we go a infection in our face. When i started using this tube i got a infection to my face i quickly informed them in that time they had charged for the second tube USD194 before i ordered the second tube but they always say 120 days guarantee money back but i informed them about before 120 days but then they did not give us a refund it is a very bad product and anyone dont use your credit card to buy this because they charge money from the credit card even without informing us very bad service very bad company and very bad staff they every time put the fault in the customer i do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.

I have use lifecell for about 3 weeks, I can see the difference and so can everyone else. This really makes me look and feel great. Over 50 buy this!
I requested the sample and I tried to cancel because you have 30 days but I request the cancellation 4 times and they don't send to me the box to return the product. They charge to my account 189.00 dlls even when I request the cancellation

As soon as i send the first payment of the free trial, my credit card was changed with US Dollars 189 as well. I cancelled immediately and should get the payment back. Will wait

Lifecell is a solid product. First cream to not dry out my skin and seems to work well for the anti aging benefits as well.
It's been the second parcel I got from life cell without placing the orders. Does that mean they charged my credit card without permission? If so, how can I stop this?
They try to trick you. They bait you with a "free sample" order and then make it very hard to cancel. The sample isn't actually free.
They bait you with a free sample order that you only pay shipping on. If you don't return it inside 30 days, you are hit for $189.00. This cream is not good or worth anything near $189.00. There is a 5 star review from a Richard W. I assure you that wasn't from me.
ADVICE - DON'T BUY! They don't sell beauty products. Their business is just to debit accounts with a very good strategy that doesn't give opportunity for you to return your money back. If you do want to trial NEVER use your everyday credit card. Create a single card otherwise you will be charged for 2 months - around 350.!

They promise a free sample, just pay for shipping. Then they charge you for the cream (USD 189). I write them to get my money back, but they write me back, that I then should have sent the product back within 30 days!?!?!?! So now I have paid USD 189 plus shipping for a cream, that was suppose to be free. And furthermore, the cream doesn't work at all, no improvements at all. Where's the free sample in that? Scam, scam, scam!
I ordered an offer on the website, $ 14 for a sample package, after which Lifecell each month withdrew about $ 190 from my account without sending anything (which I actually didn't want). I have blocked my credit card and is trying to get my money back. Stay far, far away
