Not only is the product terrible, after I bought it once, LifeCell sent me a bill for a second order I never made. They said I purchased a subscription, which I never did. I am waiting to see if I get my money back, and if I don't I'm hiring a lawyer, which would cost more, but would be worth it to put these scammers out of business.
Didn't receive any product but was billed 189.$ and 149&

I'm glad I used a card with a low balance. My card declined a $189 transaction. The promo is pay for shipping for a 30 day trial. That's fraud.
Ad says pay 14$ then they try to scam u by charging ur card another 190$ 30 days later then have u on auto pay and send u more. When u ask to cancek they say "i talked to my manager and we agreed to give u half price on your bottle you have" ya because theyre overcharging like crazy in the first place. Order with a gas station credit card with the amount u need on it so u cant be charged extra by these scammers.
They will show 4.25 and will charge you 189 and will keep sending you their $#*!ty product every month for 189. Their customer service yells at you. They will not cancel your order. Oy option is cancel your credit card.
Great product. Easy to use. Reduces the amount of other products needed.
Sorry that others had a bad experience with the company and offers. These should not dissuade you from actually using the product and seeing the results.

They will charge you monthly! If you are not careful you will be sent unwanted goods and charges for overpriced products that smell odd...
This is an expensive subscription service for a product that does not work. Tried to cancel and it is a hassle. Can only do over the phone, placed on hold forever and had to file a claim. But they sure have no hassle to charge my card!
I am extremely dissatisfied with lifecell product they charged me 189 usd for one cream which was not effective plus shipping cost and I'm stuck with the cream I don't use and holla I get another debit on my card without my permission! I have asked for refund!
The ad says "pay only $4.25 for S&H and get a trial". Small detail that you are not informed of: they will charge you $189 for the product! You never even get to see that price until it's too late. Now I had to cancel my credit card (after reading all the other terrible reviews) and pay for the return shipping.
The confirmation email you receive when you ask for the trial doesn't even show the price, even they are actually charging you for that product. STAY AWAY
Beware don't buy from this company. They will send your product, charge your credit card without you ordering, giving permission or authority to keep sending you product. It's a scam and expensive junk. I am not a loyal customer. I don't like being cheated.
Please do not buy this product as I only made one purchase and they charged me and sent me once a month for item I didn't buy. Their email is not legit and email was bounced back.So the only way is to report and cancel my credit card. Will report to the anti scam authorities in Singapore to prevent more people from being scammed.
They charged it on the following month, and I never signed up for a recurrent service!

I never used the product, just placed order for free trial as per the add i saw on instagram and they charged $189 on my card :( for monthly supply, there is no such info when you place the order... luckily i noticed charges on my card and canceled the order at same time.
If the product is really good, they dont need to play such games!
Ordered a sample of their shampoo only to find a 250$ charge a month later. They put a link to the terms and conditions in fine print at the bottom of my order confirmation. At no point did i acknowledge this agreement. I smell class action suit as they are scamming people out of thousands of dollars!
Avoid at all costs! Instagram Advertisement sais $29 shipping cost. -50% Facebook Promo so it appears its $14.50 charging... then in your CreditCard App you see, they charge $14.50 PLUS $189 -> for a 30Day Trial Product that appears free to try in the Ad!
With such lackluster business behaviour, i bet the product is just $#*!. Its samming people!
I ordered this product and I can attached the amount of emails I sent and the call where I was suppose to be called back. Horrible customer service no one got back to me they sent the package and it Placed at another home lost stolen instead of sending me a replacing item they have given me the run around asking me to fill out a theft complaint with the usps and they ask questions that only the company can answer I explain this to them yet nothing I was told I would get a call back still waiting and they stole my money cause I didn't get the item or my money back these people are crooks. Bad company and service. All they have to do is send me a replacement item every company ensures there product I guess they don't care if customers receive the items or not and problem resolved they probably would of had a long term customers but with this experience I have had I will assure to leave a review EVERYWHERE SO PEOPLE DON'T GET TAKEN FOR A FOOL. I WANT MY PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK if I could rate a -0 I would
Just ordered online on a black Friday deal and they deducted twice from my account. The amount charged and then a random amount immediately afterwards. Please be careful. Advertising on Facebook
