I've informed Lifecell to discontinue any further billing and shipping, via recorded messages since they won't answer a phone call, but nevertheless, they continue to bill me. They double bill, they send a small bottle and bill you for a large bottle, they use every manner of deception possible. I am now forced to contact the attorney general regarding the unauthorized billing they utilize so well. We're considering a class action if anyone is interested please contact me.
Scam! Don't order! It is very thick and dries out your skin. I was shocked when I ordered a sample and kept getting another worthless tube. I called the office and I talk to a condescending lady that tells me I should of read everything before ordering.
They lure you in with a cheap buy price and you better read the fine print about the membership / ongoing costs. The process of cancelling is difficult and in the meantime they continue to charge your card.
I have now had to dispute the transactions with my merchant provider.
I got a "free trial" of this cream (I just needed to pay for the shipping). Well, not only they charged me for the "free" cream, but also they suscribed me, and I was charged with 149 dollars every two months for 3 times. It seems that they have a clausule (in a tiny size) written in a complex language for the subscription, and you have to scroll down to see it.
PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY FREE TRIAL OF ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
Talking about the cream, it´s ok, but it´s absolutely overpriced. You can have creams much better and cheaper, particullarly European brands (the organic ones are the best).
I don´t recommend this product at all!
I'm 62 purchased a tube to see if it would get rid of two sunspots I have on my face that I have been trying to get rid of for years. According to their ad in 45 days it should disappear. Well it has been over 30 some days now and I see Zero improvement. All this cream seems to do is dry my skin and at my age who needs that. I will go back to using my kenzzi light as that seems to be the only product so far that showed a slow improvement for sunspots.
I was just about to order the "free 30 day trial" thank god I didn't. I was just about to put my credit card info in and realized the website I was on was UNSECURE! Decided to read reviews as all comments were turned off on the sites I've seen it on. They will steal your credit card information and continue to charge your card, making random payments. These people are sophisticated scammers. 100% don't buy unless you want a product that doesn't work and a crap ton of money taken out of your bank account. I hope these people go to court and lose all the money they stole from people. Oh and all the "positive reviews" are absolutely 100% fake! They upload them themselves so people believe it. I wouldn't doubt they will probably sell your credit/debit card info to more scammers as well. We all need to gather up and take this company down before it ruins more innocent peoples lives.
Way back in October last year i stopped my subscription, suddenly today they tried to take money from my bank account!
I have asking them why they did that, and they told me it was active, what it's 11 months since I unsubscribed them
So they are keeping all ur information including u card numbers
This company is a joke, don't trust them, don't enroll in a "free trial". Save yourself the headache, this company is misleading and product lacks results.
I called their hotline and was furious for getting a 189$ bill for a small tube of cream that I didn't not order. Guys it's a click bait don't fall for their scam. I need to cancel my card. They even offered me 50% off for my purchased. Operators says she talked to the manager and agreed to give me a 50%. ITS A BOG SCAM BEWARE!
Read the fine print carefully. Does not make much sense to discuss a $#*!ty cream, that cost cents and hopefully won't burn your skin. It's not about cosmetics. The seller's real goal is to lure you with allegedly free product. If you did not pay enough attention to terms and condition, if you did not cancel free trial? And if did NOT RETURN that $#*!ty plastic bottle back to FL USA, your card will be charged heavily.
My advice - NEVER EVER TRUST THIS SCAMMERS. If you did, cancel free trial immediately, send them back $#*!ty bottle and lock you credit card for a while.
Fabulous service and fast delivery, the little bag of gift in the parcel is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this company.

I bought the Lifecell 6-in-1 on a whim because of the try-it. Promotion and because I already love your lip product. Full disclosure: I didn't expect it to do much. Well, I am a week into using it and it alone day and night and have been truly blown away by the results. I hope LifeCell "catches on" as it deserves to. I have $1000s of dollars of skincare products sitting on my bathroom sink (La Mer, Lancome, SKII, etc.), and your 6-in-1 performs better on my skin than all of them combined.
I am fighting both advanced Celiac and Crohn's diseases and am very limited in what I can eat and tolerate. My energy and overall well-being levels are usually quite low... I'm a super active 59 yr old surfing, SUP'ing, hiking, backpacking, cycling, rock climbing, mountaineering, motorcycling, etc. For the past two years I have had to stop participating in most of these activities due to lack of energy and strength. I have been drinking one cup a day of the Life Cell and WOW! NO adverse effects! I have more energy than I can remember having for a long time.

Product does NOT work. Then you call to cancel and they tell you that you haven't given it enough time and when you call again the say sorry your trial period expired so no money back! The whole thing is a scam! Can't wait until a class action law suit comes for these people.
Very supportive team. Always helpful and have respect for old customers. I have been using life cell face cream and neck firming serum for about 8 years now. It has made my life easier as it has given me young and lustrous face and wrinkle free neck. My friends are envious of me. The product is worth the money...
