I have been a loyal customer of Levi's for years cause I am into jeans and I love their designs. I have bought so many pair of jeans both online and in store from them but I would stop. I remember 2 years ago, I ordered their jeans and I got the total different styles and I complained about it. Later, I ordered another pair for my partner, the size was totally off so I had to exchange but apparently they were final sale, I negotiated with them so they sent me a new pair. I still loved their products tho due to the quality of their jeans. 2 days ago I ordered 4 pair of jeans and later I realized that they might have been a final sale. Just about 1.5 hours later I called them that I needed to cancel the order because I ordered the wrong size. The agent told me that I didn't have to worried because I can refuse the delivery.
The package came, I called again and the other agent told me a complete different story that they would not take my package back no matter what. I explained to her that I wanted to cancel the order and I would not even open the package. She said NO. Her supervisor reviewed my. Profile and found out that I was a bad customer since I complained about their product 2 years ago. I was like are you kidding? There was a reason why I complained. I paid for your products I should get what I paid for. She said no sorry madam we can't take your package back even tho you are not opening it. This is what I got after having been a big fan of them for years. I'm done. Rude and careless customer service team.
Even after 7 days of complaints there is no adequate response from Levi's customer care. Daily mails and calls have turned futile. And all this due to the fact that Levi's delivered wrong product and not even replacing nor refunding
I am a woman who has worn Levi jeans all my life and I'm old enough to remember when they were rugged and fit well. And had decent pockets! Now the price has remained substantial yet the jeans are more cheaply made and wear out faster. And what's with the pockets? They're half as deep as they used to be. I'm used to putting things in my jeans pockets but now when I sit down in an easy chair the contents of my pockets fall out. Why bother to put pockets on the jeans if they're of little use? The upshot is I have begun to use other brands because I get more for my money. Too bad. Levi used to be a synonym for quality. No more.

After the second time wearing the Skinny Taper Fit Men's Jeans, Color: Mineral Tones, Flex STYLE: **************, the rear pocket seam started separating making them unwearable. The material used is incredibly thin, so I am not surprised that it failed so suddenly.
I bought a pair of levi jeans on-line. I did not like what I bought. So I returned them to Albertville Mall outlet store. I paid $56.60. I got a return of $48.65. I'm done with LEVI'S, going to Lee Jean's.The quality of Levi's are not what they use to be
I fist fit into a pair of Levi's in 1986, the quality and fit was beyond anything I had ever worn (Lee's). Levis in the past have lasted ten years or better if I took care of them. I have purchased 4 pairs in 2021 and they all have torn out due to low quality materials and two of those had slight twists in one leg. I will never buy them again.
Poor Quality my inner thigh part is breaking, this is the 4th time i wear them

The last three pair of Levi's that I bought ripped along the back pocket in the same place. They fit fine it's just when I bend over and I'm they rip in the same place.
Bought a pair of Levi's a month ago and wore them twice. Already tearing out at the top of the back pockets. Very comfortable but not very tough anymore.
I attempted to exchange an item the first week of January at the Ajax outlet. The store was closed during boxing week. Before heading out on a 30 mins drive to get to the store, I tried calling, no one picked up. I called CS, and that was useless with the options, call again, drive back to the store or do the return online and pay for the shipping.
Very poor experience, I would definitely think twice before shopping that brand again.
I've ordered online and for some reason, the website refuses all my payments. I've tried with Paypal and with 5 different credit cards from different banks. I couldn't even get past the credit card processing part (hence, banks did not refuse the transactions). I emailed customer service to hope to understand why.
Unfortunately Donneca was the one that responded to my inquiry. She was rude and unhelpful. She responded entirely differently to what I was asking, and her only solution was to contact my bank since that was "what the system advised to do". What is the point of Levi's customer service then?
I am SO appalled I had to create an account just so that I can post this feedback here. There was also another negative feedback on Donneca, I really hope Levis will do something about this terrible service.
Update:
I finally managed to get the payment through, but infuriatingly, it was canceled hours later. Contacted Levi's via live chat. The service agent too tried to blame it on my bank. I called my bank on the spot and was told that the payment was reversed by the merchant. Ridiculous that Levi's employees are unable to do a single thing about this.
I chatted with Alex. Based on the tracking and Levi, i am suppose to receive on 11/18 delayed, then 11/23 delayed, then 11/29. Alex stated I will receive it on 12/1 and guess what, still no jeans arrive. Now I am chatting with Levi again. Now I am irritated and upset. I will update on the result after chatting.
I will put negative star if I can.
After my last chatting. I end up with a reship or refund. I picked refund. I don't have time to wait again.
At first it was suppose to be November 18th. Then changed to November 23rd, then changed to November 29th. Now it's stated something wrong with my delivery. Hmmmm. I will try to call Levi and see what's up. Hopefully there are some help. I will update here after the call.
Order on the 11/12/2021 and have not received my Jeans. Hoping wear to thanksgiving. Probably wouldn't get it even for Christmas. No responds from Levi. If I were to known this, I would order from somewhere else. I order same Jean from different store and received it in 4 days.
What is going on with this company. I have three pairs of jeans - 1,2, and 4 yrs old) and the pockets tear away and the zippers break. Was a customer since 1977. No more. They're made cheap. At $50 each it's a rip-off. Switching brands. Done with Levis
I was not helped in any way with my issue when i was adamant to get my issue resolved, the CS person Donneca was extremely rude and then stopped responding to me? That's NOT how you do your job. I will never support this trash company again solely due to the service.

After 13-14 Days of return, From Levi's Customer Care side, no REFUND.
This kind of fraudulent things /Cheating they doing now a days.

I joined the red tag to get 20% off. Yeah right! Took 3 calls to get a code. The 3rd the person answering calls for LEVI'S... told me to email LEVI'S... BUT DIDN'T EVEN KNOW LEVI'S EMAIL... told me to look it up! COME ON! What a company!
When I ordered levi canceled by order and blocked by IP address. I am not a criminal. Poorly run online store.
Jeans started falling apart after 3 months. Not really satisfied with the quality of purchased items.
I always buy jeans, t-shirts and hoodies from levi's for myself and they never disappoint me anyway. They have amazing collections. Really good and high quality of fabric material. Feels Very comfortable. Offers great discounts on every purchase.
Answer: I chose to get my face mask by Levi's because it's a legit company & they aren't that expensive.the colors are neutral and bandana print. Comes in small and large size. But i won't orderagain as its been ten days since i placed my order and its still processing... Levi's blame the caronavirus as every company during the pandemic
