We booked a St. Lucia holiday in Feb 2022 for Dec 2022. Booked early to lock in price. Notified by email on 23 August 2022 that they were adding 10% to price of holiday due to "currency fluctuations".
When challenged they said it was within their terms and we could not have our deposit back. What protection do we have from further increases? None.
In all my 40 years of booking holidays, I have never experienced this. No other company I have ever travelled with, or am booked to travel with, has done this.

I have use the service before when my family came to visit for the tour option which they were delighted. Personally I used the service last week to get to and back from the airport.
