Ordered new lenses followed instruction easy peasy. Received new lens attached to my old frames and I've using them non stop today. My eyes aren't tired and I'm going to say they are great.

When there were issues that left my order out on pause,. I wasn't reached out to so it wasn't until after 2-3 weeks of my order saying it would ship in 7days that I reached out and was told they couldn't do something I'd asked for. But Lensabl never reached out to me so my order took way longer than it should have. I would have appreciated more contact when issues arose because my order ended up taking almost 3 months and some of that time could have been cut down so I really wish an email had been sent to me if there was an issue and that there was more transparency with how long it would take because I would rather you be honest and I have a realistic expectations of when my order will be ready than hear nothing and think everything is fine.
The lenses were installed backwards. I will need a return label for send back so you can fix the issue. Thank you.
It took a while to get them back but a wonderful option if you don't need them in a hurry! Everything was wonderful! Thank you for a good por of lenses! Will shop again highly recommended.
The prepaid label sent to me by email got the frames to Lensabl, they came back nicely packaged with lens cleaner and a quality case. I put them on and that was that. My frames were nearly new as eye surgery had changed my prescription shortly after purchase. I was happy to have the option Lensabl provided. Now that my "test" is over, I'll send them the frames for my reading glasses. I used the contractor inside a Warby Parker store for my eye exam and new prescription(s), which was conducted at a good price. I was only two months from an opthamologist's visit so I didn't need eye dilation which kept the exam price down.
This is what online shopping should be like. Good price and great service. I sent a new case with my frames, despite clear instructions not to. A fast response from customer support offered that sometimes extra items were returned anyway, or a special effort was possible. My case came with the new lenses.
Wanting to save resources and reuse my old glasses that were still in good shape I turned to Lensabl. I was not disappointed with neither the quality or service.
Coatings seem defective and create terrible rainbow effects. Not a cleaning issue. This is a poor experience
I started this process in November - it is now mid February and I still don't have my glasses. Nothing fancy - my local Costco can do the same thing in less than week. Refused to send pairs that they said were ready ahead of those that weren't. Still not sure how long this debacle will last. BTW - three separate conversations with customer care have been useless and info-free. Never again

The initial process was simple. Wait for box, send in frames. Box arrived fast. The glasses arrived with the wrong lenses. After returning for correction, the wait was lengthy. All in all I am very satisfied with quality of lenses. The price was almost half of what other places charge. If not for the error I'd rate 5
My frames popped out within hours of getting my glasses
My order took nearly 45 days to be completed. On top of that they have not returned my old pair of glasses. The customer service agents dont even understand what the problem is, leave alone trying to solve customer problems.
I ordered a pair progressive glasses from Lensabl. It come back to me with crystal clear lenses and excellent work. It took about a month to get this pair glasses. It took so long because I have very strong prescription, and the lenses I selected were not workable. But I did not know that until I emailed customer service checking on order status; I was told I need different lenses. So I selected a different lenses; then things went smoothly. All along the customer services were very helpful and answered my mail promptly.
I had 4 different eye exams and 3 different sets of glasses from Lenscrafters since 2010, and the 4th time did not complete the purchase since the other place wanted to charge me inordinately more to replace the lenses in my perfectly good existing frames - and even though my frames had come from there on my 3rd visit, and the fact they had since discontinued them and there were no suitable options, they would not allow any incentives or discounts to even order 3 pair of glasses! Crazy, they clearly are not interested to make the sale. I found lensable who let me utilize my existing frames, game me a great price on 3 pair of glasses (work, auto, and sun). The quality is impressive, and I will definitely return for my next pair when the time comes.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
