I placed order and 2 days later I had not received a,confirmation email, so I called. The representative was very helpful and corrected a mistake with my order. They do not offer expedited shipping but thankfully my order arrived the next week.

Didn't compare prices, was introduced to Lens.com from someone, so just went with it; seems to be a little bit expensive but still reasonable; have been using it for about five years; the only thing I'd say is that delivery is slow and not always on time, a few late arrivals. Great Customer Service

We did not receive the shipment of contact ordered in April. The lockbox they were delivered to would not open using the key. The post office was contacted. After many days of working with them a postal worker came out to get the lockbox open. The contacts were not there. Lens.Com was contacted and they immediately reshipped our order without any new charges to us. That order was received quickly. Thank you Lens.com for understanding the issue and the great customer service experience.

Defective batch

I received a defective contact lens batch and although understandable that I had to provide proof, it was rather extensive. I've never had issues with lenses from other providers. At the end, they provided good service but I'm not sure I would order a year supply from them again.

I like lens.com for the quality of the products at the right price. The representatives who answer the phone are polite and efficient, yet I wonder why I can't get the order properly place online. Although my prescription is up to date, twice I have been unable to simply place the order at the website. I end up calling to get it done.
