Easy to order. Always a quick delivery. The only thing negative is the shipping costs. For something so light, they shouldn't charge so much.

Receiverd in Timely manner but I thought I got a box which came with 6 boxes for 6 months but it only came with 3 boxes

I placed order and 2 days later I had not received a,confirmation email, so I called. The representative was very helpful and corrected a mistake with my order. They do not offer expedited shipping but thankfully my order arrived the next week.

Didn't compare prices, was introduced to Lens.com from someone, so just went with it; seems to be a little bit expensive but still reasonable; have been using it for about five years; the only thing I'd say is that delivery is slow and not always on time, a few late arrivals. I received a defective contact lens batch and although understandable that I had to provide proof, it was rather extensive. I've never had issues with lenses from other providers. At the end, they provided good service but I'm not sure I would order a year supply from them again.

It was pretty easy to use the order system. However, it doesn't ask till the end if you have a prescription you want to upload or to contact your doctor.

I like lens.com for the quality of the products at the right price. The representatives who answer the phone are polite and efficient, yet I wonder why I can't get the order properly place online. Although my prescription is up to date, twice I have been unable to simply place the order at the website. I end up calling to get it done.
