The overall reputation of the company is significantly marred by widespread customer dissatisfaction regarding product quality and customer service. While some users appreciate the design and reliability of Lenovo devices, a predominant sentiment reveals issues such as poor build quality, frequent malfunctions, and inadequate support. Customers frequently report frustrating experiences with service delays, unhelpful representatives, and unresolved warranty claims, leading to a lack of trust in the company. This feedback suggests a critical need for improvements in product durability and customer service responsiveness to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Carbon x1... ehh... far the best lap I have ever had in my hands. I could write until tomorrow about it, but let me just say few things, Fast&furious.
The owner of ZUK Z2 and Lenovo IdeaPad Y700. I didn't think before that Lenovo is a sign of quality, but it's true! The smartphone is very convenient and fast. And the filling is excellent, given its price category. Well, about the laptop, I generally keep quiet. Very productive! Of course, it is more intended for games but shows itself well in everyday tasks. I am definitely happy with the purchases!
I own the Lenovo phone and a notebook. Both are great for work and some leisure time like watching tv series or browsing the net. The pricing is also good as for me. Surely will pick Lenovo as my next laptop too!
Rather reliable products but presonally for me there is one better brand on the market. But this is the matter of choice and if to say about Lenovo - they make reliable and great performing products. I still remember the times when they had very low pricing only entering the market but now everything has changed - the products are good but quite expensive..
I use Lenovo monitors in my office, good price for good quality, if you need office computers for work only - that is the best choice
Support Lenovo devices because of their quality. Think it's one of the best series at a good price. Do not see any reason to pay for brands like Apple. This one is not worse for the tasks I complete.
I`m not sure about the site, because I`ve been buying the products in my local stores. But Lenovo laptops and some phones have never let me down, good reliable devices. Though lately they are making them much more expensive - thats kind of a drawback.
I`ve been the owner of lenovo P2 for a while and can say the device is perfectly suitable for me. I always loved their products, but lately the prices went higher so I had some doubts. Buy it, you won`t regret!
Hello, I ordered Lenovo vibe p1 for my sister two weeks ago. The phone has already arrived! Company's customer service is even higher than I expected!
I've got a T450s model and I absolutely love it. The battery lasts forever, the keyboard is so comfortable, the performance outstanding. For me it is the best business class computer out there.
My HDMI port stopped working within 2 months of purchase and they don't have any option to repair except ship it back to them for 7 to 10 business days. Ridiculous service. Dell used to send a rep home to repair hardware issues. Customer service rep was very unfriendly. Hated my experience. Will never buy or recommend this to anyone. Stay away from Lenovo.
I was still in the IT industry when IBM sold off their PCs division to Lenovo (who were making them in China for IBM). I have owned 3 T Series and 1 W510. On every one but the first machine my screen started to go magenta before the video card failed. They also run very hot (or used to). The other point is that on 2 of the machines the CD/DVD player stopped working properly after about a year. Hopefully Lenovo have it all sorted now - but at $3K5 I want a machine that runs well. I also rolled out some T series to a business and some were DOA, very embarrassing for me after touting their ThinkVantage superiority.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. Check feedback in the internet - Lenovo gets 1 stars everywhere. They steal my money (blocked it for 10 days) and hadn't gave me any chance to unblock it. I lost my Christmas gift, had my money blocked for 10 days and nothing more. Customer support is very unfriendly. No more than "It's not our problem, sorry". Formal sorry and nothing more. They want to be a best seller in the world. Do not be so stupid as me,. DON'T BUY LENOVO' PRODUCTS!
I bought a product of them and I'm not desappointed. But I'm still wondering if I should by a tablet of this company...
I like lenovo products specially Laptops. But their price is so high. I disappointed about this.
Although this laptop is pretty fast, the sound has stopped working due to a hardware problem only after a year of having the laptop and got a problem with the motherboard. Really very disappointed.
I have bought a new lenovo A680 dual sim quad core processor android phone day before yesterday. Really it sounds good. In that phone all google apps have been pre installed and also, Facebook, twitter apps are also pre installed. The specifications of the phone is really nice. So, I would like to recommend you all to buy the lenovo company phones to enjoy the full usage.
I purchased a laptop and mouse through Lenovo's website about a year ago.
The site was very confusing and difficult to navigate. I wasn't sure which computer I wanted so I did a lot of research. There were so many links on the site which brought up essentially the same computer, but with a minor modification such as a faster processor or more ram or in some cases, the same computer, same specs, different price.
When I actually ordered my computer I managed o get a decent discount, and it worked out at a reasonable price. The mouse I ordered at the same time came about a week earlier thn the computer which was a bit silly.
The computer ended up taking ages to come, and even longer than they'd estimated so I called them up, spoke to someone with very poor english, very difficult to understand, and was told to contact the delivery company (with whom I had a more pleasant experience, but couldn't Lenovo have contacted them for me?).
In the end I got my computer and I'm very satisfied with it.
In summary the website is far too confusing and could be simplified. Ordering system was good. Product is good. Customer service not so good.
Chat is always offline. Can't call the service centre even within operating hours. Broken links on the site, they gave me a wrong tracking order to a laptop. You would think that a company as big as Lenovo would at least have a decent website. Very disappointed.
Rock solid computers. I mean if you throw a ThinkPad at the rock, well the rock will no longer function, but the ThinkPad will!
Lenovo bought IBM's laptop/pc/consumer devision a few years back. It sure scared lots of people, who were rightfully concerned with how that would affect the quality and engineering. Well 5 years since, Lenovo is great in almost all aspects other than a silly name.
The ThinkPad line up is still rock solid, it is kept current, and is by far the most reputable sub-brand of computers in the world. IBM and Lenovo seem to keep close ties for supporting their legacy computers. Which actually outlive most other electronic devices.
IBM has a special place in my heart, my first PC was an an IBM PC 386.20Mhz cpu, math co-processor, 2 mb of 80ns ram and a 200 mb hard drive. I played everything I could on it, I'm not sure where it is now. But if it is still in one piece, I bet it would boot up no problem.
Their site is hard to navigate from the get go, but once you click around, it makes sense in a very german, very precise way. I've heard bad things about the non-pro oriented, cheap plastic systems; but thats indicative of getting what you pay.
Overall, a very reputable computer manufacturer, with very solid background, and support for long running traditions.
Answer: They responded quickly to an online warranty claim, albeit with a denial of coverage. But the answer was very fast.
