The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Not user friendly credit warning alerts me to trouble without any reason perhaps because of my age and the fact that I am a retired female and my deceased husband was retired militarythe feeling I have is that it would be a battle to secure this loan
This is nothing more than spam click bait for loan companies. Nothing referencing the ad that I could get the same rate that I already have with my loan. Thanks for nothing and now I'm on a loan spam list that callers will nag me for products I am not interested in.
So far, it's a regular way of filling out a application. No big bang.

I Don't want to be called and i don't like company's leading me to believe you can get your answers online without intrusive phone calls. You start talking to one person and then are handed off to another and another and... You should already know this pisses peeps off especially when they are tired and don't want to talk on the phone!
I don't want called! I just want to know what the current rates are
I haven't spoken with anyone. I can't give an option.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
