I click the last number of my phone and it rings within 20 seconds, when I answer they send me to someone else. Then they ask me questions I already answered on your form. With in 2 minutes I get a second call, 1st on hold, then a 3rd with in 3 minutes, put first on hold again, then they tell me the. Dont get all the info in the form I filled out sometimes yes sometimes no. Horrible. They should get a copy of the form. It slows down the business at hand If I have to tell all 5 companies that already called, Cant type anymore the phone is ringing and I have to tell my address and email again.
