The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

This was my first time using your app. I was a victim of I'd fraud. Never had a problem 700 score. It was investigated and is being corrected. I'm ready for a RV so I can enjoy several states on my bucket list. Thank you!
I have not gotten anything as yet to rate let me hear how much I can get and the rates
They don't give you an option if you don't have a mortgage and just because my credit score isn't perfect, they can never seem to have any lenders to show you at that particular time, but never fear, those not so personal questions they wouldn't ask, they indeed do and your phone and email will be blowing up with calls that 1) Are absolutely a waste of my time, 2) If you don't or can't answer their first call, why call back to back to back with different, 3) They hang up on you when you say hello, 4) They seem to be very hesitant at responding to your hello as if you're not busy when they call and have all the time in the world to patiently wait for them to state the business of their call. Time is a very valuable thing to have. Once it's gone, there ain't no getting it back
I only have gotten to out in my name, phone number, and phone number, therefore I haven't experienced the company enough to rate it.
Absolutely fraudulent services. I don't want any calls. I want the info that was promised but of course was not given. Kind of reminds me of a bait and switch scheme
It said I could see the offers yet that couldn't be further from the truth. As soon as I entered the info, my phone started ringing. I wanted to get the information promised before I talk to anyone. It seems very misleading and dishonest
I wanted to see a mortgage calculator. I didn't want people calling me.
OK not to difficult to fill out
I hope they don't call every 5 minutes like most ads do!
Not good. You elude to giving free information on obtaining an equityoan without changing mortgage rate but you want an application first.

It is all a win and win situations I can turn around and sell it for $135,000 no problem they just got $125,000 just below me and it's just a Cottage in a swamp got 125,000 just around the road from there a quarter an acre with a building on it and they need an Apollo work to it but they bought it as is where it is 400,000 and has a holding tank not really know there's no Leach bed just a holding tank this one has a commercial septic tank in it what I'm looking at it's a good piece of property and it's going nothing but go up in value so I really really really need just alone I'm paying rent
Just questions so far. No problem answering them.I
Scammers, they ask you for all your info not to give the result but to make sure you get bombarded with phone calls
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
