The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

A bit hard for me to read small print and I do not have very much experience with computers.
Didn't give exact rate info on loans requested. Too vague
Good information and was easy to understand---no pressure.
So far so good I'll wait to see more before I could give a good review
I don't want any loan company calling me,.
I prefer to be contacted by email only.
Would be great if one of the lenders was to actually approve our loan so that we could go forward.
They initiated the bait for me to tap into equity of my owned home and then tell ma that no lender is available that will lend me 25k to update my home. Remodeling is planned with no specific lender that stands out.
So for so good, see what happens next. Hopefully it will work out for the best
So far easy going and if it work that would be great.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
