Well I do like the idea of being able to borrow against your own home to help fix your credit ect. And fund personal or business issues. Without being penalized for it. Otherwise why pay into a home that you already own? However with that being said. I have not gone through the process yet. So I can not say how difficult or painful or painless the process may be. I am optimistic though. Thank you
