The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Well I need more information first! Before I get to make a statement.
Fine so far, would like to borrow a small amount of money against our lakehouse to finish it up and put on the market
Have a ton of company's calling me already. Experience was very good and I suggest anyone to try it. Great way to find out if you qualify for a HELOC.
So far so good. Was easy to navigate quick response on the loan received a number of phone calls within seconds of me finishing the application.
Nothing was offered and claimed this was "normal"... they would contact me later.
Excellent advertising on social media's list. Also, I've been reading up on lendgo.com.They seem trustworthy.
It seems to be ok, I don't like all these phone call.
Not sure I haven't talked with anyone yet. We will see once someone calls me
Did not provide rates as promised instead started getting calls
Before I even receive the results, I had literally 20 phone calls from lenders within two seconds of pushing the button, my personal phone number was given to all of those lenders. Totally unacceptable it says my personal information will not be shared, but my personal phone number was shared that quickly.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
