The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Don't want a phone call from anyone. Was trying to check for a loan
Terrible. I expected a list of rates, not a list of companies which may now deluge me with unwanted calls.
Good experience and interested to know that you can tap into your home equity without selling or refinancing
Thought this was a singular company. Not until after I put my info in do I find out you're just the middle man. And now I'll be getting multiple calls and emails on a daily basis
The questions were quick and easy. The prompts were easy to understand.
I want to see rates and not receive calls. Show me rates first, and then I decide of I want to talk to someone.
Later! Just started the application process and I have not had enough time to give a serious thought! Will do when I get the loan!
I have not done anything yet! Ask me later and I will have a word for you!
Why can't I get more information before lenders start calling AND Why can't I select a better time to call. It is shortly after 10pm now, I don't want a bunch of phone NOW! Would you?
Good it would be difficult say what my experience has been at this point without having had any interactjù
Searching for loan rates, etc. and I was treated nicely. And very informative.
Didn't show anything. Said to wait on a call. Why advertise that you will see how much you can get now if you have to wait on all the spam calls.
Ask to many personal questions without doing anything and I don't appreciate that. I also don't like that they can't give you a straight answer
So far I am pleased with how this site operates.
Good your company is doing a great job,I would recommend it to all my friend,s an family Thanks for all your help it's a good experience Edwin Raine
Great however, my foreclosure was not with my residence it was with my rental. Due to Covid and renters not having to pay rent even though they had jobs. I repaired and sold the rental but it cost me my good credit.
Good because I didn't know of anyone else so i decided to use them to see how it would turn out
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
