The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Do not like the process of being contacted by phone. If I wanted to talk to someone I would have called them.
Excellent. Instruction very easy to follow. Thankyou, Dr Gene Hughes
I have not received any help yet. Lendgo is suppose to contact me when they have a lender.
Only filled out name, address, and amount I owe on home.
Too many phone calls. Why do I need 50 characters? $#*! you and your charters.
It was a good experience questions were easy to understand I was able to make my answer short into the point
I rated Lendgo a "4-star" due to your statement stating you would present a list of lending options with their current interest rates for us to review before you proceeded contacting us by phone. We did not want to be rushed or pressured into making any quick decisions, unless the interest rate was an extremely low interest rate. I don't know if everything is accurate as I estimated the value of our home. Normally, in our neighborhood many homes sell in the range of $500,000 or more. We just replaced our roof and soffit boards, but we'd like to take care of a few renovations. We would appreciate the list of Lenders with their current rates prior to speaking to someone by phone. Thank you very much for your help.
Work well so far I just fill it out I'm expecting a dead end road
I will hold judgdement until we get further into this. This is all good so far. But there is no agreement yet.
Fast to fill the information about me but call soon as possible
I did not find a reason why something could not be presented and someone would be calling.
I can't put in my phone number because it ends in the same four digits!?
I do not want calls
Please email info & I will respond accordingly
It was. Good I guess it depends on if I can get a loan then I guess it would be a a great experience if not will I guess it would be a fair experience
I want to know the rates; instead, I get a bunch of lenders that I need to contact or will contact me. Now, after giving out my number, I am going to have so many sales calls, and most of them call while I am at work. I hate it when websites do this.
Don't know yet haven't bee
N helped with anything but in need of a loan
Easy to follow. So far, so good.
Sorry it was a short experience.
Ok thanks. Easy process. Waiting to see if it actually works. Future loan will determine if my experience was worth it. Should I recommend lendgo to family and friends. Can they process loan today with no wait.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
