Good but we bought at an amazing rate of 2.75.We can't. When we got our fall,and spring taxes,the house appraised at 100,000 but paid 135,000.3 days later sewage coming up out of the drain on a Saturday.It cost 18,000, they had to jackhammer in the basement and couldn't find piping until our to the street. We then found 4 switchlights at the back door that 2 don't work. Then the first year the dimmer switches in the kitchen don't work. We can't afford to pay due to air conditioning quit first 90 Day weather we had,which are a/c went out. I'm on O2 which blows hot air, they only brought 4 tanks,they fixed in 2 days for 4,000 on completion. Thank God my Mom paid but I promised to pay her 100.00 a month.It's been a nightmare. The house is beautiful original wordwork. Many beautiful things are in the house.
I drive less than 10 miles one way to work and -10 miles home, grocery store 3 miles 2 a week
