The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

We haven't done anything yet, basic info is all. I can rate again later
No rates were shown. And I was never called. This felt like a huge waste of time.
Do know enough about it yet.
Don't know 50 characters to write about this lender.
So far so good until I see ends result that might be a game changer for me just want to see what position it will put me in for the future because I am on a fixed income
Thank you for taking the time on a Sunday evening to address my situation
Very good quick response good company
Worked with them in the past
It's just been OK but what I'm not gonna put up with it is a whole bunch of people calling my phone randomly saying while I was your experience I have somebody on the other line. Would you like to talk to somebody on another line if you're not busy, if you are busy, we can choose a call back. I'm not gonna put up with that not today not
Appears straightforward and simple. Appeared like a possible way to tap into our equity
Never get an answer?hard to deal with so far they are slow to react
Great I have had a most difficult time because my spouse Joey died April 8th…I went into shock;the sheriff put me in a hospital where I stayed a week then was transferred to a nursing home to get my strength back

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
