The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far so good but I have doubts about getting a loan. I had negative experience with loans.
It and quick to fill out just waiting on answer now was super easy
Too good to believe, sounds suspicious to me. How is the loan amount estimated?
So far I'm OK with the questionnaire part of this but we'll see how it goes after this.
Too much confidential information asked on-line. Too nosey and too much bait and switch questions
Very helpful and hopeful!
Thank you for your help and simplicity!
I do not want million calls you wanted email and to give me estimated numbers not solicitation calls non stop
Easy app to go thru, quick to fill out, a little personal for the internet.
Why would you ask for information you take all the information and then you say you'll match you up with lenders and then you say you have no lenders but then you'll have someone call you
All I get are numerous calls but no.information all you want to do is run my credit you won't let me know what my credit score needs to be to apply you won't let me know exactly what the rate percentage would be but you want me to give all this information and you're giving it to multiple lenders I don't think so I don't think so
:-) very easy to work with, up front and straight forward. Thank you
Agent was quick to advise that Texas does not allow but 1 A6 loan, so we were not eligible for a HELOC. Appreciate his expertise.
I went threw all that information and now you want to contact me, let me see the rates and I will contact you
I hate all the immediate phone calls that are now blowing up my phone. I would rather have info emailed to me and let me call them. This is not a good time for me to answer a dozen calls all with same questions.
I feel like I get tricked when as soon as I enter my info my phone rings off the hook and they all keep calling until you put a stop to it. By entering my email, I hoped you would email me the info and let me make the call on my terms when I have time.
Fine, but I wasn't looking to get any phone calls or texts from anyone right now. So far 4 calls and 4 texts. Now I'm going to have to block them. I haven't even finished the process and I'm getting all these messages
Very professional. No extra info that I had to give. Seemed ready to help.
Hello, I am typing the required 50 characters in order to finish.
Nice experience but don't need to talk to no lender doing fine paying my mortgage
At least I didn't have to break a leg or give blood. A few questions.
Have not heard from a lender yet
But over all that it's going good right now
Why should I have to endure countless phone calls from possible lenders when all I'm trying to find out is what is possible in terms of repayments and costs etc. As far as I'm concerned this is very mis-leading advertising.
Fast and to the point. Straight forward process. Hopefully you can help.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
