The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I refinanced a couple of months ago. June 2024. Probably won't be able to do anything else for a minute. Thanks
Quick form to fill out. Simple and easy process. Has multiple providers.
Logical and fast process. Simple and uncomplicated steps.
Interested in seeing what is available. Not interested in the required 50 character review of a website I've been on for less than 5 minutes
My phone started ringing immediately, people calling wanting me to go thru them. We'll I contacted Lendgo and theirs is the only company I wanted to talk to, not every Tom, $#*! and harry!
Quick and easy, thanks I tried many before but it seems like no else new what they were doing, I was skeptical
I prefer they don't ask for my phone number. If people honestly want to send me information send it to my email. Why do I have to have my phone blown up just because I want rates? I shouldn't have to. Send me the rates. Send me the information if it's good and it matches I'll do it if it doesn't then no harm no foul.
Phone rang before I finished the app dear God! I really hope this isn't a telemarketing scam. If not 4 bad luck I'd have no luck at all sometimes🤪
Zero rates. Zero private network. This "service" is a scam.
Do not know application was simple, but no human interaction so far.
I don't want to talk to someone I just wanted to check rates...
Have to see what develops Can't rate it until I experience success.
Click bait. Dishonest. Initially provides a lower rate only to not be available by ANY lenders.
Click bait. No rates posted. Just a middleman company not adding any value.
Fast results so far
I hope the lender is a good choice
I don't know what else to say!
I wasn't able to enter my correct address
So far I can't comment at this time
I have just started applying
Helpful I'm fixed income and my home needs work done on the outside
So far so good fingers crossed knocking on wood I don't know yet lol
I don't like getting calls from multiple companies. Your address was misleading, as it lead you to believe you would get the current going interest rate. Very disappointed
Well there's really not a whole lot to say I guess I don't really understand how I'm going to rate my experience so far when I haven't really Spanish anything other than filling out some information. I'll be able to rate it after I know whether I get anything or not.
We're not done yet but so far it seems okay We can only speak on what we have done.
Quick and efficient way to get a good deal with a good customer service team and a decent price for the service you provide to your clients is a great start to a successful long journey with your customer experience
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
