The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Very short and easy to complete.Ad was very appealing and informative. I have been looking or loan and the timing was right.
It was easy, quick, and stress-free... Thus far... Hopefully/prayerfully it will continue this way!
You go to fast I am a slow reader and I like to read every word ok
I can't call out right now I will put my phone back on Wednesday but cat text me if you would like to ok
Good information to have and very easy to do discover the amount of funds I could
Be able to borrow
I have been trying to receive the offers Lendgo says are prepared for me. Each time I respond to the email, I must reenter my information as if it were the first inquiry. I have yet to receive the offers via email as promised.
I received an email that my request has been resisted and lenders foud but I have to keep reentering all of my information. It's time consuming and contradictory.
I'm frustrated that I was immediately called three times within two minutes of entering information. I feel spammed already. I only wanted to see possible lenders/rates on the web, which is why I used a website and didn't call.
Quick response so far., easy to use, just want to check out my options.
I was looking for information, not a salesman to pressure me.
I JUST WANT TO $#*! YOUR MOTHERS $#*! AFTER SHE SUCKS MY PRICK OFF AND EATS A GALLON OF MY CUM JUICE, $#*!S
Easy access for Heloc line of credit. I was looking for a credit line that you only pay for the line of credit you use.
Very easy to complete the process. I heard the process was very simple.
Quick. Helpful. Honest. Willing to work with you even if your credit isn't perfect
Immediate phone call? No actual loan terms... seems deceptive
No actual data, speed callers from mortgage companies with pressure sales people. Deceptive advertising.
Bad, did not find any good rate, bad, did not find any good rate, bad, did not find any good rate
Your advertisement said quick rate lookup. I don't want a phone call or a match with lenders, I just want to know where rates are. I will be blocking your website, emails, and phone calls now.
Easy to do. Just answer a few simple questions. Your credit is not affected.
Bait and switch marketing, of course you made me enter all my information in to only not actually show me today's rates
No numbers were produced. This site is terrible. They are just an advertising company that feed your info to a million other companies. Your phone will blow up the second you click. Do not give your info if you're not prepared to be bombarded.
Quick, Prompt and Very Easy to apply. Appreciate your time and experience in helping everyone.
I was just exploring to see if I could get a HELOC. Looks like I cannot be helped based on my input.
It was an easy application. It was not complicated at all. Hope things work out.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
