The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Had to provide all the details, got no rates, only spam calls
You should have quoted a rate. I will block all calls as I just wanted the latest 15 and 30 year rates

Gghhgfdddddgf f gffddfdfff ggh utertfdd s edddddffdfffffff
Does not show the advertised rate after entering all my information.
I came because I wanted rates, not to have to talk to thirty mortgage companies about rates. I thought this was an aggregator, and it's clear I was mistaken - it's a referral service.
Because you say if your house is paid off you can help. You have not helped me and I need help. I have bad credit I'm trying to take care of but I need to consolidate and you guys can not even offer that on a free and clear asset. People are drowning out here and you only look at numbers not the fact everything they own is paid off, not the fact they have never declared bankruptcy. You only look at when a person got very sick and couldn't make her payments. She's trying to do the right thing but you guys just keep putting up wall after wall. I NEED HELP!
I didn't ask for credit counseling i I asked for a loan
Not so helpful. It's not necessarily a service that others are not providing.
Waste of time fishing scam. Did not provide any useful info at all
Waiting to see if this what I want to do to get ahead. Also to do some up grading to my home.
Waiting for response and results.
I will decide what I'll do once I have the results to the house or another plan.
Said I would get a price estimate but that didn't happen...
Why does you phone blow up as soon as you hit submit with 20 phone calls?
Good quick to point no thousand question and waiting for call back for days.
Just put in my phone number, then immediately got 3 phone calls.
Fast & efficient. Giving us good news about what is available for a loan.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
