The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Your personal info is always collected and at the end you,re rejected but they have your personal info.
It was easy to negotiate, but the proof is when speak to a lender.
Feeling in information is easy, but I won't have complete knowledge until I speak to a honest representative that's honest and forthright company. Thank You!
It is wonderful so far quite easy I am not happy with having to give a review though before going further
The moment i submit i got 3 spam calls without even getting any info
So far, no complaints...just exploring. We are interested to find out what rates may be available
This is a trick to get my email address. You are not really offering 1.99% refinance!
Should NOT have to commit to dozens of phone calls. Just to get info…. Refused to participate.
Not enough information given and now my phone is ringing off the hook with know exactly whom I talking too!
Like the options for the lenders and the speed it takes to compile lenders
How far it seems to be okay but I don't know why I have to write thing before I've ever got mine loan or anything
I think it's working really good I like this now forget the loan already like it
Excellent, your one I hope to help me. You sound like a great company.
I don't have an experience with you yet. So I don't have anything to say.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
