The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

It was good. Asked the basic questions. Offers a good amount of money.
I'm just trying to make it clear that I'm not a bad person I don't care about your opinions and opinions but if you're a person that is not going for the job you have to be honest with yourself because you're going through a very difficult situation that is why you're being honest with yourself I know I have no problem with that and you don't have any issues.
All that effort and request for information and you do not actually show current rates.
False advertising I don't know why everything out there right now all about scamming, you can't trust no one, omg
Realļly haven't had any experience except choosing to see if I qualify. Haven't spoken with anyone yet

Input data no lenders but still looking. I have poor credit at the moment. Looking what's out here.
Exited to find That there's a vendor who can work with me. Today's economy no one wants to help with either home repairs for finding a place that doesn't need a lot of work
Becouse There really good at wat they do and they treat you like if it was your family
I don't understand why I can't see the Lenders now... I gave My information now,...?
You say I can qualify in 2 mins., then I get to the page that says.stay by the phone Lender will call shortly. Then at the bottom of the screen it says that your unable to confirm my information and that someone will call later. So under 2 mins= Lie, stay by the phone soon =Lie. And now I'm supposed to wait when you said, in no uncertain terms, "Fill this out and we'll tell you how much you could get NOW!"
MAYBE I SHOULD CHANGE IT TO 1 STAR!
Just happy to have someone help. This world is really hard to navigate.

I gave you all the info you needed yet in the end, you provided me absolutely nothing. Not a single bank match. Worthless service.
You phished me into loading my entire inquiry to only provide ONE lender. What a joke!
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
