The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far, so good. Looking for an equity line loan without needing to refinance our primary loan.
Have nothing to go on so far. I'm looking for a loan where we don't have to refinance since we have a low rate 1st mortgage.
So far all I've done is entered some of my own information and you want me to write this site for my experience thus far! It seems to me all of these lending sites just want your information so they can turn around and sell it to somebody else. Then my email fills up with a butt load of trash.
I want to compare companies on my own. Do not want to chat with anyone at this time. Why are banks so secretive with their rates?
….Data collection rather than anything else …………………………….
Easy to apply on line but no visual results to asses until contacted
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
