The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

My phone has been ringing non stop since looking for lenders. What privacy?
Saw an ad for 1.75% interest. Once I entered my information, I don't see any rates, just a list of lenders to call. Apparently this also triggered the world to call me.
It's a CHEATING:-( - your site says that after I provide my data, I will SEE some RATES.
No rates at all just - "lenders will call"
I will report you to BBB
Just want to know if I qualify don't want to be bothered with all kinds of calls from lenders
Personal information phishing crap. Does not give you any useful info, just sells your email and phone number to 3rd party businesses.
Quick and a selection of different groups that will work for my needs.
My experience is good for refinancing my home because I have done it at the past.
Ok to see great lending companies like yours to help
Great job getting me a loan for the update and the receipt
I like the Rating and the fix Rating... just need more time before confermingim just feeling out my option...
Forgivable loans and grants you need to offer people because look different day and time now believe and trust that people need money and there's no guarantee they can give it back
Why does this not give me rates? The ad suggests that I will get rates for filling in the info. This seems more like a scam to gather my info and sell off my data to potential lenders.
Quick and easy no pressure or excess information to give
Quick response with lenders. We shall see how & what rates they offer when they contact me
It's been good opportunity for me to see somewhat retirement and account's better comparhiatshion for homes.

Ya need ta be nice.
I was expecting current low rates on screen as advertised by you guys but instead iam getting warning about getting thousands of calls of lender after providing all the information asked by you.
I would really like to purchase my own home. I could use the rent I'm paying now to make payments on a used home. That would be mine instead of giving money to some landlord.
It's been a easy process to fill of the application but as of now that's all I got.
Liar you said you would give the rates All I got is 15 phone calls and text messages. I don't wanna talk to anybody I just want to see what my possibilities are.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
