The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Haven't had a good or bad one yet. Just started. Hard to say if it's good or bad

Did the whole process especting any type of quote but all that I get are phone numbers... waste of time
Not really looking to refinance.
I am in a modification loan, with a payment of
$904.65, Including Taxes & Insurance.
My rate is 5.25%
Very quick response, seems like they are on the job
Why the calls and texts so quickly? Would love some online info first
You sent me an email saying you could help then ask my email address? Doesn't appear to be too professional!
Easy to work through the process and hopefully review.
I need to be able to get written quotes and not spammed with phone calls. Phone calls is not an easy way to shop around. You gave me 4-5 options and now they are all going to call me independently.
All that I received was a list of lenders. No rate info.
No help hang the phone up before you got to talk to anybody
Bad experience since I didn't get any information. Only companies were invited to hassle me via phone and email.
You give the wrong impression that one gets some useful information from you which is not the case.
Your site promised to show rates, and it did not do so - just set me up to get a bunch of calls from lenders who may or may not tell me rates.
I don't have enough info to make a accurate review at this time
I would like to be able to call who I want to speak to, not just anyone on a speed dial.
I do not want a bunch of calls. How do i contact someone directly?
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
