Received immediate phone call. Interest rates were not in accordance with what is available on line. 3.9% is way out of the rates available.
I do not want a bunch of phone calls. You can communicate by mail or email. It is harassing to speak to people you do not know and they want to get into your personal business.

I 10 out of 10 times like information up front. I'm busy and don't have a lot of time to talk to 4 different lenders JUST to get rates. Your portal is well designed, but now I'm annoyed.
