The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Quick is the first word that comes to mind. I like the guided beginning, otherwise I would have ignored the calls your process is simple so I can ease into the loads of paperwork, and options down the way, Cheryl O'
I am forced to now talk to people. All I wanted was to seed if I qualified.
Just seeing if I was eligible for the savings. Do not want to necessarily refinance.
As long as I don't get a million calls then it's okay.
Your advertisement offered a government program at 2.5 %. All I see is loan companies. This is false advertising!
Thanks but no thanks you can't help me... I have done sign up not happy
Simple so far but as soon as I see something weird I, am going quit problem
It is ridiculous to have to put in this information.
I only have a equity line of credit. Mortgage is paid off. But I owe about *******. Can I still qualify?
Very good considering my first time using this IPhone. Robert
Easy process to begin talking to prospective lenders.
It said I'd get a rate, not a bunch of phone calls
I thought was just to tell me if I qualify. I don't want numerous people calling me about a new mortgage!
The ad that led me here insinuated that some rates would be available on this website.
I thought I would see rates. I don't want to be called; I want to see rates to decide if the range is worth considering at all. We don't NEED to refinance; it's an "if" it makes sense thing. The add was a tease and I don't like teases.
Don't like being asked for email and phone # just for a quote
I thought I would get a list of interest rates, not a list of other sources in exchange for giving my information.
This is circle nowhere just giving information for their use. Be careful.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
