The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I do not need immediate phone calls / i prefer email. Thank you.
Instantly got bombarded with phone calls texts and emails.
I Was expecting to get some rates.
All you did was give my information out to a bunch of companies. I could have done that!
Not what I was looking for, I thought there would be chart of local banks and their rates. The minute I hit submit I got 3 texts and 4 phone calls. "No spam" yeah right.
You say to complete information only to hustle other sales. Very disappointing. I said I was not interested in mortgage inquires, and that the information was only for your records. Now I am bombarded with sales calls. Do not write me again. Take me off those other list you put me on. I WILL NOT ANSWER THEM.
They should list interest rates from these lenders they list. I don't want to contact these people just to find out I'm not interested in their rate.
Did not get any interest rates to see. All this was is an advertisement for other lending companies. Nothing to do with the headline of having the government assist paying of a mortgage.
I don't want to be contacted. I will call if interested.
Why not give me at least a range in which it could be instead of sending my info to lenders? Website is crap
You don't display rates, just give my phone number to lenders
Wondering if this is a scam to get my personal info
I have no idea how to explain my experience with this survey
Great, no problems, very easy to work with, helpful and hopeful!
I have second thoughts about letting my info out. But it is too late to get it back.
Easy to follow instructions; can't wait to see the results!
I didn't expect it to be so simple & easy & quick!
I would rather have seen options immediately, not be called at all hours of the day now
All good just need to type
Faster and learn how to type
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
