The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

So far it has seemed very easy to select the features I want
Quick and easy process, no lengthy forms and convenient access online.
Not sure. Seems like a good way to check out your options
Phone callbacks is a 20th century throwback. Email or text is the only way I do business. Get with the times.
I am ready for my opinion to matter. Some times it seems like it doesn't. Time will tell.
Seems to be going well. The central heat quit. I am using portable electric heat, that makes me nervous about fires. I only need enough to get fixed. Thanks Shirley
It is easy and fast but you refuse to show me lenders.
This is such a scam. No sooner complete the information as the phone blows up. What BS
I have been treated with respect and dignity. The questions stayed on the subject.
The questions can be misleading and not once ask if I had a G. I loan. My husband and I both were military and he died and I retired from the USAF. I JUST NEED TO STOP PAYING SO MUCH RENT
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
