You advertise a 2.79% rate, but the companies that contact me quote me 5.125%. Don"t waste our time with false advertising!

As long as I get the 2.25 it will be a 5+ star. But am betting this is another exercise in futility... for them to say we cannot beat your current 3.25% rate... but one can be hopefull

I just wanted a payment for the month and you took me and made me fill out these forms. Just wanted to use a mortgage calculator to figure out a monthly payment
