The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Googling mortgage loan gets you better results
You advertise a 2.79% rate, but the companies that contact me quote me 5.125%. Don"t waste our time with false advertising!
I simply wanted a rate sheet. I did not want to disclose personal contact information. This is easy and you made it hard.
As long as I get the 2.25 it will be a 5+ star. But am betting this is another exercise in futility... for them to say we cannot beat your current 3.25% rate... but one can be hopefull
The process of filling out forms was quick. Now I will see if that translate into service from listed lenders.

Great experience. It was simple, quick and easy for me.
I just want the lowest rate available without having to fill out constant surveys
Your service sucks. You provide no rates as you promised but you employ bait and switch trap and drive traffic to other sites. I will never use your service in the future.
Great this far haven't gotten that far yet. Little early for review
I wanted a rate not told a VA lender would CALL me. I hate being called numerous times by the sales department at all hours. I was asked for my email address and I expected the information there or immediately here
This is a sales pitch I do not like.
It said it would give me rate and it just gives me names of companies
You asked me for a bunch of info then just listed numbers I could call myself.

I was expecting to have a rate estimate, instead I've just got three links to other lenders websites.
Good cause I really need my rent to be reduced cause I lost my job
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
