The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

The rates that are advertises say no points yet they are 2% below the national average. So fraud?
Great it was easy and fast and not a million questions
I cant really give a rating at this point. I don't know if I can find a legitimate refinance company or if this is just another internet scam
Some of the questions are vague. The address that I put down has nothing to do with where I want to relocate to. Florida may not be where I want to settle as reasonable real estate prices are not available here.
I don't like being asked for my phone number. I know I will be flooded with phone calls from lenders.
IS SITE KA KAM ABHIUT AHI ACHA LGA H AAG RKE RHIO HME EARMNNI9HGNGS DETE RHO
Aajki site bo bada badhiya kam kada shukar h ahhah ahh asi
I expected to see rates not just a list of people who will call me.
Your service was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone!
Stop making me give you all this contact info just to see the product you are offering. Stop advertising what you can't deliver.
Phone ringing and haven't even finished filling out information nor do I even see any interest rate ranges
BS site. Said it would provide a list of lenders and loan programs, but instead just gathers my information and then has lenders start calling me instead of providing me the promised information. If I had wanted to be hounded by lenders, I would have contacted them myself.
We just set up a telephone interview for Tuesday about 10-11 am.
More tomorrow
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
